Nutrition during pregnancy, postpartum, and lactation is important for you and baby's health. During our sessions we focus on key foods, nutrients, meal planning strategies, small changes, successes, accountability and support!

Single Session

Includes the following: 

  • One - 60 minute virtual appointment

  • Assessment of current diet/nutrition, lifestyle and eating habits

  • Natural solutions to common pregnancy discomforts (nausea, fatigue, heartburn)

  • Nutrition education, discussion of key nutrients (pregnancy, postpartum and/or lactation)

  • Supplement Review

  • Identify barriers

  • Identify specific, measurable, realistic goals to individual needs

Pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, or postpartum

Goal setting and habit change

Nutrition Package

​

Includes the following: 

  • One - 60 minute initial virtual appointment

  • Three - 30 minute virtual check-ins and e-mail communication in between

What we can cover:

  • Assessment of current diet/nutrition, lifestyle and eating habits

  • Natural solutions to common pregnancy discomforts (nausea, fatigue, heartburn)

  • Nutrition education, discussion of key nutrients (pregnancy, postpartum, and/or lactation)

  • Meal Planning

  • Supplement Review

  • Identify barriers

  • Identify specific, measurable, realistic goals to individual needs

  • Create sustainable nutrition, habit, lifestyle changes

  • Follow up and support to continue working toward health goals

  • Initial visit + follow-up visits for the duration of pregnancy.
