Let me help you achieve your feeding goals! Having a new baby can be overwhelming; I am here to help provide you with support and education for feeding you and your baby. Visits are held virtually from the comfort of your home. You will receive a thorough health and feeding assessment, custom plan of care, review of goals and resources to be successful!

Prenatal Lactation Visit | 60-90 minutes | Virtual | $175

Prepare for a confident and empowered start to your breastfeeding journey. During this prenatal lactation visit, we meet before baby arrives to walk through everything you need to know for those important first days and weeks. This session is designed to help you understand how breastfeeding works, what to expect in the hospital and at home, and how to prevent common challenges before they begin.

What's Included:
Review of health history and feeding goals, breast exam to identify factors that may impact feeding, education on milk production and early feeding cues, guidance for the first 24 hours after birth, pump overview, flange sizing basics, and when (or if) to use a pump. ​
Ideal for:
This visit is ideal for expectant parents in the 2nd or 3rd trimester. you'll leave feeling prepared, supported, and confident heading into your breastfeeding journey.
Initial Post-Partum Lactation Visit | 60-90 minutes | Virtual | $175

A postpartum lactation visit provides personalized support to help you and your baby get feeding off to a strong and comfortable start. During this session, we assess your baby’s latch, positioning, milk transfer, and feeding patterns while addressing any concerns such as nipple pain, low supply, oversupply, pumping questions, or weight gain worries. You’ll receive a tailored care plan, evidence-based guidance, and compassionate support to help breastfeeding feel manageable, informed, and aligned with your goals.​​​​​
Follow-Up Lactation Visit | 45-60 minutes | Virtual | $125 (existing clients only)

A continuation visit to monitor progress, adjust plans, and support your baby’s growth.
Latch & Comfort Mini Session | 30 minutes | Virtual | $65 (existing clients only)

A quick visit designed for minor latch adjustments, reassurance, and positioning questions.
