How do you see clients?
My office is virtual; seeing clients virtually, allows more flexibility within our schedule! I am a big fan of lunch break appointments to not interfere with the rest of your busy day! Most importantly, I want to make working with me, work for YOU!
I work through a HIPPA compliant platform called Practice Better; our communications and conversations are private and protected.
When are appointments available?
Appointments may be daytime, evening, and/or weekend slots. Once you complete your discovery call, we can get you scheduled!
Do you take insurance?
I do not bill insurance for visits, but I can provide you with a suberbill you can submit for reimbursement, upon request. Please check with your insurance company ahead of time to determine what nutrition services are covered.
What form of payments do you accept?
All major credit cards, including Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Payment is due at the time of booking.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
I do! My cancellation policy is set to protect my time and the time of my clients. I request at least a 24 hour cancellation / rescheduling notice. If cancelled within 24 hours you are subject to a service fee. However, I absolutely understand life happens, please reach out to me if rescheduling is needed within 24 hours, we will make something work with those unforeseen circumstances!
